This offering is a tropical fruit explosion. This coffee hails from the Finca El Retiro in Guatemala’s Santa Rosa region. It gets its name from the nearby beautiful blue waters of the Laguna de Ayarza and Laguna Azul. It is naturally processed and slowly dried over 5-6 days. Upon first taste you’ll find tropical fruits like mango, papaya, and guava and it finishes with juicy, ripe plum. We’ve found ourselves reaching for this coffee for our daily pour overs and we’ve even brewed some pretty amazing cold brew with it. This coffee screams summer in a cup.
