Dark Thirty is the anti-hero of our coffees. A little darker than anything we have done before, but rich and delicious like no other. We've taken our beloved Paubrasil and given it a little bit more time with the fire. The final product is akin to chocolate cake and sweet, roasted hazelnuts. We hope it will appeal to everyone's dark side.
