Colombia Tierradentro

This coffee comes to us from ASPROFECH, an organization of 60 families in San Luis, Paez in the Tierradentro Archaeological Reserve. The Tierradentro reserve is one of the most important sites for Pre-Columbian culture. The land is varied in nature ranging from mountains to valleys with plateaus in between making for a truly ideal growing environment. In the cup you’ll find creamy caramel, bright red apple, and a touch of vanilla. We prefer it on pour over, but whatever method you choose will be great.
